With decades of experience as a geologist and a program manager, Beth advises clients on regulatory compliance, sustainability, and program and contract management. She thrives on managing large-scale remediation and major improvement projects, such as new institutional buildings and airport facilities, which have the capacity to change an organization’s future. Clients get the benefit of her insight, gleaned from many such projects, as well as the commitment she brings to their teams; for the San Diego Airport, for example, she spent five years embedded with the team that managed and built a rental car center, a parking plaza, and a federal inspection facility and planned a new industry-leading, climate-resilient terminal.
As a member of her clients’ teams, Beth prides herself on program management that fosters safe, high-quality, and on-time and on-budget execution. She understands individual and team drives and how to facilitate strong communication and teamwork. As a leader, Beth prioritizes continuous improvement, planning, and delegation that will help create clarity and achieve results.
“I enjoy acting as a partner to guide clients through all the steps of a construction project, from planning and design through to construction, with a focus on organization, clarifying roles, and staying on schedule and on budget.”
