Catherine is a sought-after technical expert with more than two decades of experience in environmental consulting and engineering. She enjoys partnering with clients on challenging projects and has deep experience in many areas including site investigations; stakeholder engagement; data visualization and interpretation; and remediation system design, permitting, construction, operations, and maintenance.
Catherine is an active member of the Interstate Technology and Regulatory Council and has provided leadership as a classroom instructor and developer of its petroleum vapor intrusion guidance and vapor mitigation documents. As a vapor intrusion technical expert, her depth and breadth of experience and credibility with regulators afford her insights not readily available to others. As a result, she is often engaged to provide high-level strategic support on complex residential, commercial, and industrial vapor intrusion investigation and mitigation projects around the world.
