David is responsible for the growth, service delivery and quality, and profitability of Haley & Aldrich’s Hart Crowser Business Unit. In this role he collaborates closely with both clients and staff and is passionate about building reliable teams that deliver enduring results.
Prior to Haley & Aldrich, David was the CEO of Hart Crowser, a leading environmental and geotechnical engineering firm with strong roots in the Northwest U.S. He successfully led the acquisition of the company, as well as the integration of its people, operations, services, and technology into Haley & Aldrich. At Hart Crowser, David was instrumental in the company’s growth and establishing the firm as a highly respected geotechnical engineering and environmental consultancy.
David is a geotechnical engineer who prioritizes being a dependable and well-rounded consultant for his clients. He understands how site engineering and environmental issues can influence property development decisions and has worked his entire career helping owners balance development costs with performance expectations and risk.
