Forrest Paul serves as the president of Haley & Aldrich Construction Services (HCS), the construction subsidiary of Haley & Aldrich. He is also a member of the HCS Board of Directors. In his role as president, Forrest leads the execution of a strategic growth plan aimed at expanding construction business. This strategy is deeply rooted in safety, client service, professional excellence, and staff development. With a passion for customized collaborative construction, Forrest champions projects where core values serve as the foundation for safe, high-quality, and successful outcomes.
Since joining Haley & Aldrich in 2013, Forrest has taken on progressively larger leadership roles, advancing from project manager to vice president before assuming his current role as president. Throughout his tenure, he has been instrumental in scaling up the business, fostering a culture that attracts top talent, and strengthening HCS’s expertise in self-perform construction and design-build project delivery. Additionally, Forrest has worked closely with senior leadership to rebrand HCS, driving significant improvements in both safety performance and financial results.
