Heather has over 15 years of experience in consulting and natural resources management, which spans hydrogeology, environmental assessment and cleanup, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues related to a wide variety of projects in the Pacific Northwest. Her experience includes the management of toxics cleanups at petroleum, chlorinated solvent, wood treating, manufactured gas plant, and landfill sites.
Heather provides technical, regulatory, and project management expertise for both private and public sector clients. She has advised on projects under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, as well as on state cleanup programs. Heather also provides forensic and source allocation support for solid waste and energy clients and lawyers, and she assists tribes and local governments with water resource management.
A skilled negotiator when multiple stakeholders and agencies are involved, Heather has an affinity for tackling challenging problems and a proven track record of obtaining cleanup site closure under state regulations.
