Liz leads all operations for Haley & Aldrich, ensuring the alignment of strategy and innovation to achieve sustainable growth and maintain exceptional client service. She seeks to deeply understand clients’ business goals and focuses on systems thinking and strategic planning to create the greatest value for them.
Liz has a technical background in geotechnical engineering and extensive experience in leading project delivery, property development, and operational initiatives, which give her invaluable insights into how Haley & Aldrich can efficiently, safely, and profitably meet staff and client needs. Before becoming chief operations officer, Liz recently led a business unit focused on real estate, infrastructure, energy, and many other market sectors, with more than $85 million in net service revenue.
Liz is a registered professional engineer in Massachusetts and an active member of the Society for College and University Planning and CREW Boston. She received a Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Massachusetts Amherst College of Engineering for exceptional levels of professional and personal achievement in engineering.
