Lloyd starts each project by developing a deep understanding of his clients’ goals, and the various stakeholder needs that influence meeting those goals. Whether he’s working on state- or federal-led Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA), Comprehensive Environmental Restoration, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA)/Superfund, or voluntary remediation sites, Lloyd grounds all of his work in a holistic project view. He then applies his diverse technical background to this system’s perspective to help the project team achieve their ultimate objectives.
During Lloyd’s nearly 30-year career, he has applied a diverse range of investigation techniques for contaminant types and environmental media. He has also assessed human health and ecological risk in support of projects across the country. Lloyd has leveraged this range of experience and his statistical and computer skills to develop lifecycle budget models of environmental liabilities for the purposes of U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, management planning, trust formation, and property transactions.
