Mark Kelley, P.E.

Mark delivers value on his projects by viewing them through the lens of his clients, whom he keeps informed throughout the process. This information sharing ranges from collecting data on the subsurface to developing conceptual site models. He has over 25 years of experience as a project manager, consulting engineer, and hydrogeologist and his multifaceted experience includes projects in real estate, transportation, energy, water and wastewater, higher education, and mining. 

Mark enjoys working on complex projects that require his engineering and hydrogeologic knowledge to develop optimal client solutions. He communicates openly with his clients and other stakeholders and partners with them to reach the most cost-effective outcomes. Mark believes that the work performed at Haley & Aldrich makes the world a better place and finds it inspiring to repair built and natural environments impacted by industrial processes and waste disposal.
