Mike builds relationships with his clients on a foundation of frequent, open, and honest communication. He knows that to avoid unpleasant surprises and find alternative solutions, it’s sometimes necessary to have difficult conversations and address potential setbacks early and directly.
Mike is a California-registered Professional Geologist and Certified Hydrogeologist with more than 15 years of environmental consulting and project management experience. He has frequently managed sites impacted by chlorinated solvents, including several under the Superfund program. His projects also include investigating and remediating manufactured gas plant facilities and former industrial sites impacted by hexavalent chromium. In addition to his technical work, Mike deploys his communication skills to navigate the complex strategic, legal, and regulatory worlds on behalf of his clients.
“I enjoy being able to use innovative or cutting-edge site characterization and remediation methods to provide more effective solutions for our clients. I also enjoy Haley & Aldrich’s collaborative spirit and how many talented people I can connect with to help solve my clients’ challenges.”
