Simone’s extensive experience enables her to adeptly navigate diverse perspectives and cultural expectations while helping her clients manage intricate environmental regulatory and resource concerns.
Simone collaborates with clients in areas ranging from environmental compliance to instrumentation to strategic program management. She excels at simplifying complex environmental issues so teams can focus on getting results. Simone’s client-forward approach has made her a sought-after advisor for large, complex projects, such as providing the Hawaii Department of Transportation with on-call environmental engineering and compliance support at more than a dozen airports across Hawaii.
In addition to her consulting prowess, Simone applies her management and facilitation skills to various industry and professional roles. She serves as a board director and committee chair on the American Council of Engineering Companies of Hawaii and is an active member of the Planning Committee of the Society of American Military Engineers, Honolulu Post. Simone is also passionate about mentoring junior environmental engineers and scientists, fostering the next generation of industry leaders.
