She has been leading all phases of her clients’ projects and providing strategic environmental consulting for over 25 years. She specializes in managing multidisciplinary teams and contractors to cost-effectively achieve client goals. Her ability to embed her clients’ values and objectives into day‐to‐day project activities allows her to always keep their desired outcomes in mind.
Sunila has extensive experience advocating for her clients’ specific strategies. She combines their site and business objectives (both short- and long-term) with her understanding of regulatory issues/drivers and technical knowledge to create a compelling case for successful case closure with state regulators. She is also a premier Lean Practitioner, focusing on helping clients address complex challenges through Lean principles and tools.
