Tom is passionate about bringing together chemistry and biological sciences with traditional engineering functions to help clients take projects from conception through design and construction. He excels at bringing stakeholders together around a common vision and in synthesizing information and team member contributions. Tom thrives on producing successful, well-integrated outcomes and cost certainty for clients while also effecting positive change in the environment.
More than 90 percent of Tom’s projects range in cost from $25 million to $250 million and include substantial remediation. His ability to seamlessly deliver projects from concept to final design to construction to closeout allows clients to focus on other critical functions.
