During his nearly three decades with Haley & Aldrich, Wayne has managed and overseen the execution of geotechnical aspects of design and construction for horizontal infrastructure, building, capital energy and hydro, water and wastewater conveyance and treatment, and marine projects. Wayne approaches each project with a dedication to deeply understanding what success looks like for clients and the communities and stakeholders they serve and how our work can contribute to that success. For the past 15 years, Wayne has focused on the execution of highway and bridge projects and serves as the company’s East Coast transportation submarket lead.
Wayne has supported state departments of transportation to successfully complete more than 100 bridge replacement projects in New England, including landmark bridges like the Leonard P. Zakim Bridge in Boston, the Penobscot Narrows Bridge in Stockton Springs, Maine, and the Sarah Long Bridge in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
Clients appreciate Wayne’s ability to identify and clearly communicate risks and then work collaboratively and openly with project teams and contractors to develop cost-effective solutions that mitigate and/or address those risks.
“I’m motivated by opportunities to improve the built environment. I love working collaboratively with clients and project teams and building strong relationships with them, solving complex technical problems, and then seeing how the results of our hard work improve the quality of life in the communities where we live and work.”
