Burlington, Mass., March 14, 2025 — Haley & Aldrich is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Tucker as senior vice president of sustainable business practices. With three decades of experience in corporate sustainability and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) planning and strategy, Adam will expand and lead initiatives that promote corporate sustainability, business resilience, environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and economic viability in Haley & Aldrich’s client service delivery and internal operations.
“Adam has built first-in-class business sustainability strategy and programming for global companies — experience that will greatly benefit our clients,” said Shawn Fiore, president and CEO of Haley & Aldrich. “His broad perspective and regulatory expertise will guide us through a rapidly evolving sustainability landscape as we continue to grow and deliver forward-looking services.”
Adam joined Haley & Aldrich in 2023 as a leader in its Sustainability group, where he was instrumental in developing growth strategy and internal business process improvements. He previously worked at the defense and aerospace company BAE Systems Inc., where he developed a comprehensive road map to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions, engaging groups across the organization to drive meaningful change.
Prior to his tenure at BAE Systems, Adam held key leadership roles at manufacturer Cummins, where he managed EHS operations across 400 facilities in 190 countries. His strategic leadership in environmental policy and compliance helped Cummins earn the prestigious Campbell Award for EHS management excellence.
“I am excited to bring my passion for sustainability and safety to this new role at Haley & Aldrich,” said Adam. “This is a pivotal moment for both fields, with domestic and global standards in flux. My broad business background in risk management in functions such as facilities and business continuity will help me bring a holistic view of sustainability that our clients and our internal teams need. Sustainability is about all aspects of building well-run and efficient businesses that endure the test of time.”
