Burlington, Mass., Jan. 10, 2025 — Environmental and engineering consultancy Haley & Aldrich hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially open its new office in Rochester, New York, on Thursday, Dec. 5. The ceremony and a reception took place at the Sibley Building in downtown Rochester, where the new office is located.
Before moving into its new office in Sibley Square, Haley & Aldrich occupied offices elsewhere in the region. The firm has advised the Greater Rochester community and Western New York clients on geotechnical, environmental, natural resources, construction, and consulting needs since 1975.
As part of a national company of over 1,000 staff members serving clients across aerospace, healthcare, education, energy, government, industrial and manufacturing, mining, and real estate, the firm has a long history of providing comprehensive, strategic, and industry-leading services.
The ceremony featured guest speakers, including Rochester Mayor Malik Evans and Gerry DiMarco of DiMarco Law (a local partner, with Winn Companies, in the ownership and redevelopment of the Sibley Square building).

“We recognized that we wanted to be back downtown, where we can be more active in the local community,” said Sue Boyle, a program manager in the Rochester office who spoke at the ceremony. “Sibley Square, with its investment in STEM, innovation, affordable housing, and the incubation of small businesses, was the obvious choice for us. We’re excited to rejoin the downtown Rochester community and to continue serving our many nearby clients from this new space.”
