Haley & Aldrich experts John Xiong and Sarah Mass teamed up with attorneys from Cox Castle’s environmental group to present a webinar series on PFAS for the real estate industry.  

In five webinars, John, Sarah, and Cox Castle’s attorneys discussed the regulatory environment surrounding PFAS, also known as per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, which are found at a variety of sites. These webinars aim to help property owners, land planners, and real estate developers understand PFAS due diligence, remediation options, liability, and other concerns.
